The Space
Our rooms and facilities were designed with your needs in mind. Comfortable and with a bit of personality, each one of our rooms will make your stay at Southwoods Mountain Estate pleasurable and fun.

The main house was built recently and is kept in fresh clean shape with over 3,500 SF for guest use!
Kitchen
The spacious gourmet kitchen features hickory cabinets and all you would want in your mansion. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, and basic utensils. We offer our guests coffee, tea and basic spices at the adjacent Coffee Bar. The dining area comfortably seats 8-10 people on the comfy and sturdy hand crafted wooden set. With room for another bunch of people using extra folding chairs and tables provided.

Living Rooms
Large windows overlooking the flowing front lawn grace the main floor living room with super comfy sofas. its the perfect place to read, relax and chat into the night.
Our ground floor features yet another really comfrotbale couch set in the TV area and 2 couches to the side – perfect for cozy movie nights. The smart TV has satellite as well as google voice controls.

The Kids Corner and bookshelf or a chocie of board games round out the relaxation.
Bar
Full huge bar with beer sink, 3 bay bar sink for entertaining. A separate bar kitchenette with a dishwasher and fridge makes it easy to enjoy.
Late a t night on the padded bar stools, catching up - only at Southwoods Mountain.
Bedrooms
Royal Master Bedroom Suite shows off mahogany canopied king size bed with a built in armoire, vaulted ceiling, and custom walk in closet. The master bathroom boasts a triple headed shower for the full body experience.

The Purple Room offers a queen size bed and a twin bed respectively, both with highly rated hybrid mattress (memory foam and innerspring coils).
​
The Blue Room features 2 twin bunk beds and 2 trundle beds sleeping 2-6 people with high quality mattresses.
The white room is a small room accessible through the purple room which offers an additional bunkbed.

There is an additional 5 bedrooms on the ground floor.
We offer 2 pack-n-play cribs and can provide additional airbeds upon request. There is also a full size sofa bed in the ground floor living room.
Hot Tub and Pool
Pool:
Our pool is open all summer and as long as the weather permits. 25 feet above ground there is plenty of space for your and your crew.
Hot Tub Spa:
The hot tub its right there on the back porch, steaming hot all year round! Rev up or turn off the jets to your comfort, light up the lights at night for that romantic soak.
Game Room
Yup we have that too!
Step outside and just a few feet to the side of the house is a barn with double garage doors housing the game room.
Table tennis, aka ping pong, a foosball table, elliptical trainer, couch and mini bar deck out the room. Enjoy the games and exercise or just relax!
The sports racks offer a choice of volley balls or soccer balls.

VOLLEY BALL COURT AND FIELDS
Get some exercise on the popular volley ball court or use any of the fields on the estate for your game.
More Space
BATHROOMS
3 roomy bathrooms with great showers, a jacuzzi in the main one and twin shower heads on the ground floor. Fresh towels provided.

DECK
The deck faces the backyard and a pretty wooded area. It features a gas BBQ, deck chairs, a swing, table and the hot tub. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals, sip your coffee or cocktail, read a book, relax, or watch the many birds and deer that frequent the yard. There is no one for acres behind as you enjoy the fresh country air.

FIRE PIT
Head down the front lawn to where we have a fire pit with chairs. Collect some sticks in the woods or bring some firewood and enjoy a crisp hot bonfire.

WASHER/DRYER
We have a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry area for your use.
​
WORKSPACES
A dedicated work space with a desk and swivel chair is there for your quick catch-up with the office or remote work schedule.

WI-FI AND CELL SERVICE
Wi-Fi is satellite -yup its the real country but is pretty good. Cell service can be weak from some providers so we suggest activating wi-fi calling on your phone.
​
WATER
We have a private fresh well and the water is safe to drink and tastes delicious. It is tested regularly.
​
Hiking Trail
Head to the far right corner of the backyard, behind the detached cottage, and you will see a wooden sign with some orange trial markers guiding you to the beginning of the Southwoods Mountain Trail. An easy hike for the young and old.
